This set of decals includes patches for two St. Maries River Railroad Boxcars. The artwork was created by SmokeBox Graphics for a custom project and we are pleased to be able offer these decals here today.
Here is what SmokeBox says about the set:
Atlas' beautiful HO Scale FMC 5503 boxcar was produced in the colorful Longview, Portland & Northern scheme. However, the prototype cars lasted less than 4 years in LPN ownership, quickly vanishing from the Equipment Register. A bit of digging showed that the fleet wound up on the St. Maries River Railroad, where they served about 20 years. Some further research, artwork development, decal printing (by PDC), and a patch job made this car accurate for service on a mid-'80s lumber train.
